Refund Policy

Clear and transparent refund policies for your peace of mind.

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription and other paid services offered by the K-12 Services Management App. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing or making a payment, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.

Refund Eligibility

Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed monthly. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period; no refund is provided for the unused portion of that period unless required by law.

Refunds are otherwise handled in accordance with this policy and as required by applicable law. We may, at our discretion, issue a goodwill or prorated refund in exceptional circumstances; such decisions do not set a precedent.

Time Limits

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date. We cannot process refund requests for charges older than 30 days except where required by law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our contact page. Please include your organization name, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your request. We will respond within a few business days.

Please do not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us. We are committed to resolving billing issues directly; chargebacks may result in account suspension and do not replace this process.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution. We do not charge a fee for processing refunds. All refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can work to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us may result in account review, suspension, or termination. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are invalid.
